Infografia per a realitzar un HIIT escolar mb els alumnes de 1r de batxiller, amb 10-12 exercicis, d'una duració de 8-10'. Una sessió la dedicaran a ser "tècnics de gimnàs per un dia", dirigint el seu HIIT a altre grup en classe, on hi haurà una coavaluació. I com a tasca final s'ha d'entregar el HIIT en format video, amb un contador de temps (tant per al temps d'execucció de l'exercici com de descans).
