El proyecto consiste en la realización de un Roll Play por parte del alumnado simulando una visita comercial real que durará aproximadamente entre cinco y diez minutos y en la que tendrán que aplicar correctamente todas las “normas y protocolos de la comunicación verbal oral presencial y no verbal en el ámbito empresarial”.
