This learning situation is carried out in order to enable students to develop and promote their city, plan and make a map of the city, explain how to get around the streets, describe the most popular shopping areas, the places with the most attractive restaurants for young people, places to meet and spend free time, places for entertainment and places to exercise. The challenge is for students to be able to communicate effectively in English in everyday situations in the city, understanding basic cultural patterns and the sociocultural and sociolinguistic aspects of everyday life.
