Proyecto de trabajo dirigido a un 3º curso de Educación Primaria. Se globaliza a partir de la necesidad de conocer su cultura alimenticia andaluza y los hábitos alimenticios saludables, siendo el proyecto sobre "alimentación sana" el elemento dinamizador e integrador alrededor del cual se investiga.
