Hoy en día , vivimos en una sociedad en la que cada vez se vive más rápido y esas prisas hacen a su vez que no le dediquemos el tiempo suficiente a llevar una dieta saludable. Por ello, mediante este proyecto pretendo aventurarme junto a mi alumnado de 1º de Primaria en la gran tarea de descubrir cómo llevar una vida sana y equilibrada.
