This is an activity designed to introduce the vocabulary of free time activities at B1 level of CEFR for languages. The first task is presented in audio, video and written format to reach all types of learners. Then students can practise the vocabulary with a set of flashcards. In the second activity, students can practise common collocations with 'do, play, go'. They watch a video and then do an interactive activity with this video. Finally, they do a reading comprehension activity of a text that has been adapted from an article in The Guardian. They do a multiple choice activity and then one with True, False sentences. The whole content is embedded in the VLE Moodle and it is part of a broader unit that contains a collaborative document, an activity for students to record their description of a free time activity and other tasks. The activity is aimed at B1 students of English at Official schools of languages. Students are adults from the age of 16 with no age limit.
