Situación de Aprendizaje diseñada para un grupo de PFQB Operaciones básicas de restaurante y bar en la que aprenderán a redactar y publicar un blog gastronómico relacionado con la restauración. Para ello, investigarán recetas, técnicas culinarias y tendencias gastronómicas en internet. Finalmente, interactuarán entre ellos para dar retroalimentación del producto final que presente cada alumno/a.
