Posa-ho a la teva web

This resource is aimed at 3rd-year ESO students of the English as a Foreign Language subject, with the objective of improving their use of the past simple and past continuous tenses, as well as expanding their vocabulary through the use of extreme adjectives introduced in the unit. The resource revolves around the production of a personal narrative, in which students share a significant past experience. After revising the target grammar structures in class, students are ready to follow the steps outlined in this worksheet to talk about a personal experience. In this resource, students can find a model text, along with the structure of a narrative and some connectors of sequence. Students then draft and revise their stories, applying peer learning techniques and benefiting from teacher scaffolding. The final outcome involves the creation of a PowerPoint presentation that visually complements their narrative. Each student presents their story to the class in order to practise oral communication, fluency, and confidence in public speaking—certainly, a keystone throughout compulsory education.
