This educational resource is designed for students in 6th grade of Primary Education and focuses on promoting well-being and communication skills through the use of digital tools. In this learning situation, students will explore leisure activities that can be enjoyed in the Valencian Community during the Christmas season, using English to develop their language skills in a real-world context. Through guided research, class discussions, and group collaboration, students will investigate fun and healthy activities—such as visiting the Oceanogràfic, local Christmas markets, ice-skating rinks, cultural shows, or festive parks. They will learn to gather information, express personal preferences, and explain why these activities are enjoyable and beneficial for families during the holidays. As a final task, students will plan, script, and record a podcast episode in which they describe their favorite leisure activities, provide useful tips for Christmas outings, and encourage their peers to enjoy the local traditions and experiences available in their community. The project integrates ICT tools and follows the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to ensure that all students—regardless of learning style or ability—can access content, participate actively, and express their ideas in creative ways
