Un espacio dedicado a penitencia y oración con una sillería tallada en nogal y al fondo el presbítero con el retablo y los sepulcros de Juan II, Isabel de Portugal y el infante Alfonso. Los enterramientos fueron realizados por Gil de Siloe entre 1485 y 1493
