El Antiguo Ayuntamiento (en alemán: Altes Rathaus) está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Oldemburgo, Baja Sajonia, Alemania.
En 1635, el conde Anthony Günther construyó en este lugar un ayuntamiento de estilo renacentista. Fue retirado en 1886 y el edificio actual se completó en 1888 con elementos de los estilos neorrenacentista y neogótico. Hay un restaurante alemán en el sótano, el Ratskeller Oldenburg.
