Recurso educativo abierto de la materia de Lengua Castellana y Literatura dirigido al alumnado de 2º de ESO, aunque puede ser también utilizado en 1º o 3º curso con pequeñas modificaciones. En él se desarrollan, fundamentalmente, saberes básicos del bloque B. Comunicación de LCL2, según se recogen en la LOMLOE.

Los alumnos inicialmente adquieren conocimientos acerca del significado y sentido de la danza, el baile y las coreografías. Se familiarizan con conceptos de índole musical: ritmos, tiempos musicales, tempo...Adquieren capacidad rítmica a través de la práctica de actividades coreográficas básicas con base musical supervisadas por el docente.
